Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced, offsite Medicare follow-up home health agency survey conducted on August 16, 2023, it was determined that Accentcare Home Health of Central Pennsylvania had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. These deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare Recertification survey conducted on June 5-9, 2023.

Initial Comments:Based on an unannounced offsite Medicare recertification revisit survey conducted on August 16, 2023, it was determined that Accentcare Home Health of Central Pennsylvania was found to be compliant with the following requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. These deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure and Medicare re-certification survey conducted on June 5-9m 2023,
